Aden – Media of the Aden Center for Strategic Studies (ACSS)

The Aden Center for Strategic Studies (ACSS) held its regular meeting today, Wednesday, December 24, 2024, in the city of Aden, chaired by Dr. Adeel Al-Tuhaish, President of the Center, with the participation of heads and members of the academic and research units.

The meeting was attended by a number of international researchers affiliated with the Center via video conferencing (Zoom), reflecting the Center’s commitment to strengthening academic communication and exchanging expertise with research competencies abroad.

The meeting discussed a range of issues and topics included on its agenda, most notably the approval of the quarterly plan for activities, events, and studies that the Center intends to implement during the year 2026, in line with its research vision and strategic priorities.

The meeting also addressed ways to enhance cooperation and scientific partnerships with local, regional, and international research centers and universities, contributing to the development of research performance, the advancement of strategic studies, and the strengthening of the Center’s presence and standing within the academic and research landscape.

This meeting comes within the framework of the Aden Center for Strategic Studies’ commitment to consolidating institutional work, activating its research programs, and expanding academic partnerships, in a manner that serves strategic and developmental issues at both the local and regional levels.
